MyGermanUniversity (MyGU) is a Hamburg-based EdTech startup, launched in 2018 as a spin-off of Freie Universität Berlin. It has been funded with the EXIST-Gründerstipendium (Business start-up grant) of the Federal Ministry of Economics and Energy (BMWi) in 2018/19 and with InnoRampUp (IFB Innovationsstarter GmbH) in 2020/21. The start-up helps international students to find the right offer from over 400 universities and 20,000 courses of study and to master their path to studying in Germany.
On www.MyGermanUniversity.com, the start-up has built up Germany's largest database of English-language Bachelor's and Master's programs - with over 2,000 programs.
